Dr. Felan has over 34 year or fulltime ministry experience.  20 years were served in executive administrative leadership with Prison Fellowship Ministries. As an ordained minister and also a licensed marriage and family therapist having served as a Pastor of Family Ministries, with Dr. David Jeremiah at the Shadow Mountain Community Church, he understands the needs of the local church and community.

Dr. Felan believes that God wants everyone to experience an abundant life full of meaning, purpose and joy overflowing (John 10:10).
